Sanctions
PvP and raiding are part of the game. Insults, spam, cheating and exploits are not. When staff step in, you always see what you got, why, and for how long.
What each one does
| Sanction | What you see | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | A red line in chat with the reason | Nothing else. It counts if it happens again. |
| Mute | A red line with the reason and how long | Public chat, team chat (/tc) and private messages (/w, /r, /msg) are blocked. Each try tells you how long is left. |
| Freeze | You're frozen. A staff member is reviewing your account. | You can look around and chat, but not move, attack, break, place, use items or run commands (except /r and /w to answer staff). |
| Kick | A disconnect screen with the reason | You can join again right away. |
| Ban | A disconnect screen with the reason and how long | You can't join until it ends. |
Mutes and bans end on their own when their time is up. A freeze lasts until a staff member lifts it, so stay connected.
It gets stricter each time
Staff pick the reason, your history picks the step. A repeat offence moves you up one step for that reason.
| Reason | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th and after |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Language or insults | Warning | Mute 1h | Mute 24h | Mute 7d |
| Spam or ads | Mute 30m | Mute 24h | Ban 3d | Ban 30d |
| Cheating | Ban 30d | Permanent ban | ||
| Exploit or dupe | Ban 7d | Permanent ban |
remarque
A sanction that staff lift (a mistake, a successful appeal) is wiped from the count, so it never pushes you up the ladder.
Appealing
Think a sanction is wrong? Ask on Discord. The ban screen shows the link too.
astuce
Seen someone break the rules? Don't fight it in chat, use
/report and let staff handle it.
